CYC + Vitafusion's Spring Into Change Challenge, #SpringIntoChange
As of today, I am officially taking Cyc + Vitafusion's Spring Into Change Challenge.I have heard a lot of good things about Cyc Austin—including the great article on Cycologist Rachel Grosz in Women's Health—and am excited for the challenge that their classes are sure to bring.
Last month, I cancelled my membership to Pure Austin and have been slowly working to complete the mini-home gym in our guest room. Working out of my home offie, however, means I am often walking into the guest bedroom, looking at the gym equipment, and then going back to my desk to sit and work.
Cyc Austin must have a sixth sense because they somehow knew I have been looking for a way to revitalize my workout routine (or lack thereof). When they asked if I was interested in participating in this challenge, I immediately jumped at the chance. After finding out that Cyc classes combine cycling and weights, I was wondering what I am getting myself in to. My first class is Friday, so I will have the answer to that question then.
I will be sharing my experience of cycling and change throughout this 10-week journey.
